My clients are on Facebook, not Telegram.
Put your bot link in every Facebook and TikTok post, with a different link per source: the app shows where each client came from. Messenger and WhatsApp are not supported.
Does the bot answer in Khmer?
Yes, following the language of the client's Telegram, with a button to switch.
Can it give the address or the owner's number?
No. Clients see the area, price and photos. Address, owner, commission and notes never leave the agency side.
What if the bot misunderstands?
It always repeats what it understood before showing homes, and the client corrects it in one sentence. In our tests, 72 requests out of 72 were understood.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. Everything happens inside Telegram, which they already use.
